How does the Employee Database fit into HRM?

The Employee Database preview brings employee profiles, reporting lines and documents into one directory. It shows how teams could organize people information across the employee lifecycle.

What does onboarding cover?

The onboarding catalogue covers joining documents, task checklists, ownership and welcome journeys. Talent Flow currently records recruitment joining and onboarding outcomes.

How do attendance and leave work together?

Attendance and Leave previews show working-time visibility, shifts, leave requests, balances and holiday planning, helping you explore a connected approach to workforce availability.

Website enquiries and conversations

When you submit a contact form or a request through the website assistant, we store the contact details, request, source page and any submitted conversation so authorized administrators can respond. Administrators can record follow-up remarks, update the request status and delete the request. Questions typed in the assistant are only sent to our server when you submit its enquiry form. Contact sales@lynkroot.com for access, correction, deletion or information about retention. Do not submit passwords or sensitive recruitment records through these forms.
